Do I need to make an appointment?

So that we can give you our full attention we do request that you make an appointment to try on dresses for both bridal and bridesmaids. We want to be able to assist you in any way we can so on Saturdays, we do require an appointment, but on weekdays usually just a call ahead to let us know you're planning on coming in is enough. 

What should I expect during my appointment? 

When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted by your consultant and asked about what styles you gravitate towards or if you have pictures of things you have liked online, as well as your budget. From there we will walk through the store with you and help to pull dresses to start trying on. Depending on the bride, we typically pull about 8-10 dresses to start and you may try more or less than that during your appointment. 

Once you have narrowed down your choices to your top 2-3 favorites we will put accessories including veils, belts, or headpieces with each look to help you visualize the whole look. Unlike most stores, we do allow pictures to help you remember what  you may maybe did or did not like about each dress you have tried, which we find is very helpful during the decision making process. You should expect your appointment to be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. 

Who and what should I bring?

We highly encourage brides to bring a small group of people with them to their appointment of maybe 2-3 people who truly know what the bride wants and her vision for her wedding day. We find that the more people a bride brings, the harder it is for her to make a decision because her opinions often get lost in everyone else's! If you plan to bring more than 4-5 people, please give us a call ahead of time so we can be prepared for enough seating for everyone. 

If you have pictures of wedding dresses you have seen online that you like, feel free to bring those along to help us pull dresses for you. It is also a good idea to either bring shoes that are similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day, or at least have an idea of the height you would feel comfortable in, as many gowns we order may need a custom length to fit you properly. 

How much do your gowns cost and do you have payment options?

Our gowns range from $1100-$3200, with the majority of our gowns being around $1500. We always have gowns on sale that are available to be purchased off the rack; these gowns will be under $1000. Once you order your gown you can either pay the total in full or you can do our credit program. If you choose to do the credit program, you will put half down and then we will split the remaining balance into 5 equal payments to be paid back each month for 5 months. There is no interest and we keep your credit card information on file to run the payments on either the 1st or 15th of each month, whichever you prefer.
